What does an individual lease mean?

You are only responsible financially for your portion of the rent. If your roommate ghosts you in the middle of the semester- don’t worry.

Help- the idea of finding roommates makes me anxious!

Have no fear- we offer a roommate matching service that works much like a dating app. RoomSync will let you find people who share similar interests, cleanliness habits, bedtime, etc. A few swipes and you’ll find your perfect match. You can even creep on your new roomie on social media before you make a decision. If you already have a roommate, that’s fine too! Just let us know when you apply and make sure your roommate applies for the same unit type, so we can make sure to match you together.

How long is my lease agreement?

Campus Circle offers 12-month leases starting in August and ending July 31st of the following year.

When can I move-in?

If you’re one of the first ever residents at Campus Circle Gainesville, you can move-in July 30th, 2020. This lets you avoid getting a storage unit or stashing everything in your friend’s basement. Need to move before that? Ask about availability.
